i made this absolutely delicious peanut sauce last night. it goes especially well on chicken or tossed with napa cabbage shreds and your favorite veggies for asian-inspired salad.
asian peanut sauce:
6 tablespoons coconut milk
3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon asian fish sauce (i like
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
zest of one lime
whisk ingredients together until homogeneous. set in the fridge for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
*to make this recipe healthier, use light coconut milk and reduced fat peanut butter instead.
